Here at The M, we encourage you to use our outdoor electronic signage! Whether you want to advertise your upcoming event, guide guests to your wedding venue, or convey a personalized message - our technology lets you design it yourself or entrust our skilled Event Coordinators to craft a stunning display at no extra charge.

Chairs
We currently have 190 of these elegant chairs.
If your event has more than 190 people, you will need to rent more chairs. (Which we can coordinate for you, we recommend Round Up Rentals!)
TIP: Round Up Rentals or other rental companies will not have the same chairs that we offer. Ask us for our recommendations on how to incorporate different chair looks at your event.
Round Tables
We currently have 20 round tables. Our tables measure 60". The table can seat 8-10 chairs. Eight chairs fit more comfortably for elbow room for dinner, but ten chairs can fit as well!
If your event has more than 200 people, you will need to rent more tables. (We recommend Round Up Rentals!)
TIP: Having trouble with decorating your round table? Ask us how to make your centerpieces unique for your event!
Rectangular Tables
We currently have 10 rectangular tables that can seat anywhere from 8-10 chairs depending on how you would like your tables arranged. Each rectangular table is 8 feet long.
TIP: Having trouble arranging your rectangular tables in our circular space? Ask us how we would recommend using the space!
Ivory Tablecloths
We currently have 40 round, ivory floor length linens and 10 rectangular ivory floor length linens.
If you wish to have different colored tablecloths for your event and aren't sure what looks good in the space, ask us what we recommend!
Coat Rack
We currently have 2 coat racks available for your guests to hang any coats, bags, and/or any other personal items.
Drink Dispensers
We currently have 2 drink dispensers. Feel free to use them for your specialty cocktails or water, tea, or lemonade!
Podium
Our black acrylic podium can be used for any wedding, conference, award's dinner, or anything else you might need it for!
Sign 1
Want to print a welcome sign, seating chart, or other information? Feel free to use our signage!
This sign's dimensions are 28" tall, 22" wide.
Sign 2
Want to print a welcome sign, seating chart, or other information? Feel free to use our signage!
This signs dimensions are 17" tall, 22" wide.

2, Gold Pipe Stands
Pipe and drape backdrop stand measures 10ft /H* 10ft /W. Adjustable height and width minimum 3.3 x 6.6ft to maximum 10 x 10ft. Square pipes and sturdy frame can be used to create most of wedding arches, balloon floral arches or photography background.
1 Gold Panel
1 Gold panel to be used with Gold Pipe Stands. Panel measures 5ft x 10ft.
2 Black Panels
2 Black panels to be used with Gold Pipe stands. Each panel measures 5ft x 10ft

Dimensions of the stage are 6 feet by 8 feet.
Microphones & Stands
We have two microphones and two microphone stands.
Projector Surface & Projector
Projector surface is 157.5 inches wide and 88.6 inches long. We ask that your projector files are saved onto a flash drive if you would like our event staff to run your projections.
